InfoChain Express® seamlessly connects supply chain trading partners including manufacturers, retailers, vendors and freight
consolidators. It reduces errors and improves the accuracy of information flowing through the supply chain. The service also
enhances packing accuracy and facilitates production of electronic packing lists and advance shipping notices (ASNs).
Additionally, users can customize InfoChain Express® by defining their own parameters and business rules.
The total InfoChain Express® solution includes secure Web-based software, label printers and scanners, label media, and
global capabilities such as multi-language and local support. A Scan-and-Pack feature allows manufacturers to download and
print UPC price tickets and bar-coded labels, and to pack floor-ready merchandise on site. Downstream from the factory,
InfoChain users can track orders and receive updates regarding order status and shipping information in real time.
Label Station is a client software application that allows users on the factory floor to download and print carton labels
and tickets; scan pick-pack items into the corresponding cartons; download shipment scan data for packed cartons; scan
cartons into trucks and containers; and upload confirmation that cartons are packed and ready for shipping. The application
is printer-independent and provides users with real-time updates of scanned data.
